In 2017, Twelve Twenty Eight Mobile Medical Wellness was started to create a unique experience for patients that were homebound or going through immunosuppressive therapy.

We believe in empowering others through medical education, medical services, and servanthood.
Twelve Twenty Eight was founded upon the need for a complete mobile medical treatment center.
Because we believe we should use our spiritual gifts to serve others, we see it as not only an honor to provide patient care but also as a duty and a calling. We believe that God gave us each talents and what we do with those talents is our gift back to God.

FERN
Like each of us, the fern contains-all of the information needed to grow within its structure. The tightly curled fronds of young ferns are deceptive. It would be impossible to guess what a full grown fern would look like at birth. Humankind is the same. Our consciousness must be awakened through life experience, learning, trials, and failures. Through education we become more aware of the consequences of the choices we make. Like the fern, we grow and flourish if we unfurl toward light or truth.
Mother Nature provides the fern, with its many medicinal properties, as a tool for healing. We hope to help you heal.
DOGWOOD
The Dogwood flower was a symbol of reliability and durability. The Dogwood tree had the ability to endure difficult living conditions and it could be alive for a very long time. Everyone has a story...

Jasmine represents motherhood, purity, legacy, and appreciation. Jasmine most definitely represents a large part of the “why” in Twelve Twenty Eight Mobile Medical Wellness.
The intertwined representation of the fern, the dogwood, and the jasmine are a consistent theme for us because we want to constantly educate, empower, and serve others. Our hope is that by showing just a little bit of pampering and love that you will embrace your God-given talent and beauty within to serve others
